Senior Director, Digital and Personalized Health Care Partnering
Lee Lehman-Becker is a Senior Director in Roche’s Digital and Personalized Health Care Partnering unit. She works to identify and establish collaborations with Life Sciences innovators from the AI space. She most recently worked on the acquisitions of Flatiron Health and Foundation Medicines. Lee joined Roche in 2013 as the Ophthalmology Franchise Lead for Pipeline & Portfolio Planning, where she led investments in Phase 2 and 3 programs as well as partnership opportunities.
Prior to joining Roche, Lee was the West Life Sciences Strategy Lead for Capgemini Consulting, leading engagements focused on M&A, organizational strategy, and commercial operations for clients such as Genentech and Abbott. She was previously with Archstone Consulting, where she worked on over 20 acquisitions for clients such as Pfizer, Philips, and J&J.
Prior to joining management consulting, Lee focused on advanced analytics with both ACNielsen and IRI. She specialized in advanced predictive techniques in big data for clients such as ConAgra, Del Monte, and Clorox.
Lee holds an MBA in Strategy from The Wharton School and a BA from Yale University.
