Charlotte Cramer

Children’s Hospital Los Angeles
Innovation Strategist

After working in advertising in London selling KIT KAT bars and Krispy Kreme burgers, Charlotte shifted her career to address the social and behavioral problems advertising was perpetuating.

Charlotte is now an LA-based Strategy Consultant leveraging neuroscience and behavior change theory to design products, services and communications which improve people’s mental and physical health.

Charlotte currently works at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) Innovation Studio where she leads strategy on solutions addressing Social Determinants of Health and other design challenges across the Los Angeles health ecosystem.

Prior to joining CHLA Charlotte lived in San Francisco, working with brands including Facebook and Google and was the Strategy Director of “Plant B”: a TV show and digital platform starring the ‘Jon Stewart of the Middle East’, Bassem Yousssef. The show has inspired and enabled >10 million Arabs to decolonize their diets by eating more plants.

Charlotte is also the Co-Founder of award-winning non-profit CRACK + CIDER which has provided essential items to over 40,000 homeless people in the U.K. and U.S.
